Editorial & content policy

Last updated: February 7, 2026

This policy explains how NaviBound selects topics, produces summaries, handles AI assistance, and responds to corrections. It applies to content published on navibound.com (including /news/ pages) and related product surfaces.

1. Source selection

We prioritize primary sources (government immigration agencies, official gazettes, parliamentary materials) and reputable outlets that cite official changes. Each public article includes a link so readers can verify the underlying announcement or reporting.

2. Summaries and original value

Articles are written to add clarity: plain-language explanations, structured sections (summary, background when known, who may be affected, suggested next steps), and consistent metadata (country, pathway, date). We aim to make complex policy easier to scan without replacing official guidance.

3. Artificial intelligence

NaviBound may use AI tools to draft or structure summaries from source material and internal notes. All web pages are reviewed for clarity, obvious factual errors, and alignment with the cited source before publication. If you believe a summary misstates a fact, use the correction channel below.

4. Corrections

If you spot an error in a web article, email team@navibound.com with the article URL, what should change, and—if possible—a link to an official or primary source. We will assess and correct material mistakes when verified.

5. Freshness and completeness

Immigration rules change frequently. Article dates reflect publication or last known context for the cited source. Policies may have been updated afterward; always confirm the current rule on the official site linked from the article.

6. Expert consultations and partners

Optional consultation forms on some pages route requests to verified third-party partners. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship with NaviBound or guarantee a specific outcome. Partners are independent professionals; listing them is not an endorsement of every statement on this site.

7. Not legal advice

NaviBound is not a law firm. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice. See also our Terms of use & disclaimer.
